Metal Trofast Adapters for Tripp Trapp — the pair
Metal Trofast Adapters for Tripp Trapp — the pair
Do you have the metal version of the IKEA® Trofast® box, and it doesn't sit right under your Stokke® Tripp Trapp®? Our metal Trofast adapters for Tripp Trapp clip on under the box and correct its alignment with the high chair. Stable, tidy, fitted in the blink of an eye.
Why you'll love them
- Fit in 30 seconds. No screws, no DIY: you clip them on and they're in place.
- A box that stays aligned. The metal box finds its place under the chair and stays there, meal after meal. Bibs, wipes and a spoon wait at the foot of the chair.
- Storage with style. With a blue, green or grey box, the dining corner gains colour and order.
- Photo instructions included, in French, Dutch and English.
Compatibility
Designed for metal IKEA Trofast boxes and the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair. One pair is enough for one box.

FAQ
All your questions, answered
Everything you need to know before fitting your metal adapters.
Which Trofast metal boxes are compatible?
Metal boxes in the IKEA Trofast format, size S, in blue, green or grey (depending on the variant). Boxes from other brands with the same dimensions work too.
Why are the metal adapters only available in black?
For now, this model is only available in black. More colours are coming soon: subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Is the metal box included?
It depends on the variant: select With box (blue / green / grey) to receive the 2 adapters + 1 metal box in the colour of your choice. Select Without box if you already have one.
How much weight can the adapters hold?
Designed for everyday use (toys, books, snacks). We recommend not exceeding 2 kg per box.
How do you fit the adapter?
No tools, no screws: the adapter slides into the side grooves of the Tripp Trapp, and the box sits on top. Removable at any time.
Is the metal box safe for a child?
Yes: rounded edges, non-toxic paint, compliant with European toy standards. As with any box, avoid putting very heavy or sharp objects in it.
Before you order
The Stokke Tripp Trapp chair is not included. The metal box is only included if you choose a “With box” variant.
